I have confirmed that the downloads will install Juniper Network connect and allow you to connect to the Stony Brook University Campus. Windows 7 32-bit: Windows 7 64-bit and all Windows 8: Mac OSX: Linux.
Please sign in and retry. If the problem continues, contact system administrator.'
(mine is not responsive).Spent a lot of time on forum and eventually disabled/enabled user access control options. Of this step I have an install log.I don't know how many times I tried and retried. At a certain point, I started getting following message:Junos Pulse can only be installed on following Windows versions: XP SP3 / Vista SP2 or higher / Windows 7.Can't understand why it displays this message since I have Windows 7 Ultimate.I then downloaded msi installer 'j-pulse-win-5.0r6.0-b48695-64bitinstaller' and lanched itIt starts installing then rollsback.Any help appreciatedThank you. Hello dcvers,Also JB suggested to use your solution.I have tried via corporate site and msi with option 'Run this program in compatibility mode' checked and unchecked but outcome is negative in all instances.I wonder if logs might be useful.I have also recorded both sessions (web and msi) and (wonder whether this information might be useful for debugging) noticed that immediately before the abort/rollback of installation, the cursore moves to a Delete files window and clicks on Cancel button. (I have a capture but don't know how to post it here.)Thank you in advance. I have exactly the same problem: Pulse secure does not install on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit system. The installer starts and after copying some files it stops and rolls back. There ist no logfile at all at C:UsersPublicJuniper NetworksLogging!I had a pulse secure from the same installer up and running on the same system.
After a windows update a few days ago suddenly there was a problem with the network connection. I fixed it by rolling back the network card driver to the previous version, network connection was fine then. But pulse secure did not connect any more.
So i deinstalled it, and now cannot reinstall it.What to do?
